Certificate - Public procurement
One of the partners and attorneys at law in our law firm possess a valid Certificate in Public Procurement.
What I would particularly point out when I speak about M&S Partners is certainly their analytical approach to specific legal problems, the accuracy of the received information, the speed and precision in executing tasks and presenting solutions, as well as the promptness of their employees in every aspect of communication.
The Certificate is issued by the Ministry of Economy, Agency for Public Procurement. According to the Public Procurement Act, in each public procurement procedure, at least one authorised representative of the public principal must posses a valid certificate or otherwise it risks fines. We point out that the Act does not require the principal’s authorized representative who possesses a valid certificate to be an employee of the principal, therefore the public principal may hire persons who are not their employees.
